You will need to remove the transfer case and rebuild it or buy a remanufactured one online from the many sources out there, cost about $400.00 You can also do a used parts search for one at thissite
look at your u-joins, transfer case or front differential. One of those 3 parts may be the one causing the noise when $WD is engaged.
