This is a bad instrument cluster that causes this.Replace it or you can get it repaired. Many shops online that repair these instrument clusters.

Speedometer fuel guage

Probably replacing the speed sensor on the transmission.Have the codes read, even if the light is not on. Look at the pending codes. The fuel gauge would be the sending unit in the tank. That act funny like that sometimes.

Air bag light comes on and off while driving

Sounds like a flaky connection to the air bag module. WITH THE VEHICLE OFF (so that you do not trigger the air bag accidentally), check all connections at the steering column, the air bag module under the dashboard, and the air bag inertial sensor behind the front grille. (Wouldn't hurt to squirt a bit of penetrating oil into the connectors to help eliminate corrosion.
That being said, your local Chevy dealership will likely check the problem for free, since it's a safety equipment issue.

I have a 2003 Chevy Impala my temperature gauge and my gas gauge will not come on my fans will not come on it says low fuel and I just put gas in but the temperature gauge will not move service light comes...

It's a typical problem with all GM vehicles, each gauge in the dash is run by a step motor now, they fail all the time. there are places you can send your dash out to be repaired. but you must make sure they don't mess up your mileage.

Interior lights blinking and a clicking noise, security light as ell comes on battery light too, and outer lights aswell blink off and on , after all that we got an alernator and battery , and the car...

Probably not. Gm had has had antitheft ssecurity issues FOREVER and never owned up to the problem. Try this link for some help on the security problem.

Also, GM cars from like 2000 to 2004 had problems with the radio. I just had this same kind of thing happen in my girlfriends 01 impala. The radio was draining the battery and causing the battery to keep failing. No start issues. Car alarm always going off. All sorts of lights appearing on the dash. Low tire pressure light, check engine, brake light, ABS. You get the idea. Put in an aftermarket radio and all is well now. If your radio is acting funny, you might want to look into that.

My 2003 Chevy Impala keeps making a noise when I crank it up. It sounds like a voltage regulator or something. Also my traction control light keeps coming on and making a rumbling noise when I take off...

Could be a bad electrical connection to your Anit-lock brakes and TC harness. These bend back and forth and break over time. The noise can be anything, but if you have a fuel starvation or back pressure issue, the engine will shutter when you push the accelerator down.

2003 chevy impala makes clicking noise/smoking thru exhaust

the clicking noise could be eiter a valve or piston. the smoke out of the exhaust means different things depending on the color and how much smoke. Check your air filter and make sure oil is not backing up into it. Also, it may be a good ideal to go ahead and change the oil even though you arent at 3000 miles, unless you just changed it. Change the PCV valve also, if itis clogged it will give you problems. Has the check engine light come on?

While driving, the battery light comes on the message board and the passenger air bag light comes on in the area directly above it and dinging noise (4 times) and then goes off

have the battery and charging system checked. a weak battery or alternator causing low voltage will wreak havoc with modern mobile electronics. MANY strange things WILL happen.

The only thing I can think of that would explain your problem is a faulty ignition switch.
