You can request a payment deferral where they take your next payment and put it at the end of the loan thus allowing you the time to put the money up for the next payment and keeping you from being late. If all else failss i suggest that you look into refinancing with another bank or loan company at a lower apr rate.

How to Pay Off a Car Loan Faster?

Depending what company you are with most will let you make extra payments. Some people spend money on going out to eat or buying coffee each day Well put the money you spend for coffee and lock it in a place and once a month put that on your loan. Coffee at two dollars a cup every day means over seven hundred dollars a year. Some people can save over a thousand dollars a year or more that way.
Also if you can pay twice a month the interest cost goes down as well. Even if you split your payments to twice a month your interest is cheaper than if you make a full payment once a month. Even weekly payments is better. The secret is if you come into extra money DON"T blow it. Pay down your debt.

How to Reduce my Car Payments Without Getting a Refinancing Loan?

Pay more than the monthly payment. This reduces the balance owed, reducing further monthly payments or shortening the term of the loan.

How to Get Someone to Take Over my Car Payments?

You can sell your car for the value based on how much you owe. If you owe $6,000, then you can sell it for that. It will be up to the buyer to finance his part. Just be aware, that if you owe more than the car is worth (let's say you owe $6,000 but it's worth only $4,500), not many people would even think of buying it. Talk to whoever you have it financed through. There may be a way for your buyer to assume the payments from them. (Assuming they qualify)

Is the get better loan a for real offer to lower our truck payment

DON'T WASTE YOU TIME WITH IT. FIRST THING THAT WILL HAPPEN IS LETS SAY YOU HAVE 6 YEAR LOAN AND YOU HAVE PAID 6 MONTHS ALREADY. THEY WILL MOST LIKELY REFINANCE IT FOR 6 YEARS AGAIN. BE CAREFUL. IF YOU BEEN MAKING YOUR PAYMENT ON TIME IT WILL SHOW ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT.

I let my car insurance lapse so the bank has added insurance to the car loan and increase my payment and is now charging interest on the entire payment. How legal is this?

It's legal in all 50. If you read closely in your loan papers you will find a written clause stating they have the right to do so - "as long as you owe money to them on the car"
