Hooking up an OBD2 reader will tell you right away if the BCM is shot or BCM. Take it to advanced auto or O'Riley's they will hook up a an OBD2 reader and tell you. Sounds like a faculty PCM and BCM to me or just faulty PCM since you've replaced the Body Control Module already.
it sounds like you are talking about your "Tire Pressure indicator" light on your dash. you have to check your tire pressure and follow the instructions in your owners manual to reset your tire pressure indicator.
In the driver side of your trunk there is a few broken wires.
Firs locate the harness that is coming from the trunk lid.
Next with a razor blade peal the insulation start from the inner side the one by the seats.
When you find the broken wires put them together with wire extension or the problem will repeat again.
I think when it starts flashing the car is in "limp home mode" which indicates there is a problem and limits the engine to minimise damage. Best get it to a garage and get it plugged into diognostics equipment.
This warning light indicates a problem with the rear lights (Brake lights, Reverse lights, Number plate light)... Normally it is set off by a bulb that needs to be replaced but it has been documented that using incorrect Watt rated bulbs can also trigger the warning light. It has also been noticed that faulty wiring may trigger the it too.
