Where is the emergency flasher and turn signal light relay located on a 05 Chevrolet impala

Either under the dash or under the hood. In one of the two fuse boxes. I would look under the hood fuse box first.

Where is the headlight relay located on a 2001 impala?

It on the drivers side. Open the door, on the side of the dash you will see a panel to pull off. This reveals the fuse panel. You have to pull this panel out to get to the headlight relay, as it is on the back side of it. But the relay rarely goes bad. If you have lost high or low beam lights, it is the turn signal switch you need to replace.
