Question about Chevrolet TrailBlazer
My first thought is that the a/c compressor is locked up.
With the engine OFF, you should be able to rotate compressor by hand.
The pulley will spin free, but you need to turn the compressor not the pulley.
If you're not certain, try it on another car.
