It is on the frame rail about even with the drivers door, it is round and held in place by a gold colored bracket.
You need to know takes a special tool to release the fuel line from the filter, suggest you find a MAC or SNAP-ON tool dealer, they will have it, Ford parts dept may have them as well, the are also made by OTC tool. a good parts store like NAPA may have the tool, the one here does. You will need be careful, the were will be quite allot of pressurized fuel in the filter, would suggest removing the fuel pump relay (refer to owners manual under fuses) and running the engine until it stalls, this will release most of the pressure.

If it is a mechanical speedometer then the drive cable is obviously still good. It is likely in the speedometer head itself, the counter mechanism is jammed up.

Where fuel filter located on a Mazda b4000 1994?

1994, most cars its in front of fuel tank
did you even look first? there?
some cars its on fire wall, (old cars)
following the fuel line, always works on all cars.
gas or diesel.
my comments are all gas (petrol)

now ill post the 1st line in the FSM (safety)_
If the fuel filter is being serviced with the rear of the vehicle higher than the front, or if the tank is pressurized, fuel leakage or siphoning from the tank fuel lines could occur. to prevent this condition, maintain the vehicle front end at or above the level of the rear of vehicle. also, relieve tank pressure by loosening the fuel fill cap. cap should be tightened after pressure is relieved.

is car stalled.> or is this a service , question, tune up.?

i logged in and bingo there it is by gas tank..
sure you didnt want to look and want us to .sure.

Where is the fuel filter on a 1994 Mazda b4000 pickup?

Driver side frame rail right where the door is. It's held in by a large hose clamp. It has 2 white plastic clips . 1 on each hose of the filter. When removing have a container that can hold gas ready because about a pint of gas will come out. Make sure new filter comes with new clips. I don't recommend using old ones. After new one in place turn key on and leave in run position for 20 seconds so filter can gill with fuel before starting and inspect fir leaks.

Almost sounds like the 4WD actuator is going out in the transfer case. Its a part found at most automotive stores.
