If it has one, will be on the side of the oil pan.

Oil light is flashing

Check oil level immediately. Do not operate engine if oil level is good and light still persists. About the only other thing to try is changing the oil sensor. A mechanic can place a testing pressure gauge in the sender port to verify oil pressure and if it bad some internal work will need to be done.

I have a 2001 Ford Escape. The warning light for the rad comes on after the truck has run for 10 or 15 minutes - have checked all the levels and everything is good. Any ideas?

You may have a bad sensor in the resevior. You can try tapping on the resevior and see if sensor comes free and light stays off. The coolant level sensor or collant temp sensor could be bad.

Hi there I have a ford escape 2001, I have it for about 2 yrs now and Ilove it, but just about 5 days ago the negine light came on and it stayed on, I threw some oil it thinking that it was going ot go off...

Check your oil level immediately, as too much oil will cause engine damage. Do not overfill the oil level.
It could be a simple oxygen sensor which is malfunctioned or dirty, but the only way to find out is to hook up the car to a code reader and find out.
If it runs fine otherwise, then usually a simple sensor is slightly out of tolerance and the main computer is making compensation for this.

Check coolant level in the recovery tank, if full probably a bad level sensor. Part of the tank.
