Question about 1996 Pontiac Sunfire
I have a 96 pontiac sunfire and my problem with it is the engine wouldnt turn on unless if i jump start it, then if i turn the engine off, i couldnt turn the engine on again. it sounds like it wanted to turn on. at one point, i thought it was the battery that has a problem but when we took the battery to autozone and they said that the battery is good. oh they also said that the negative connector is lose. so could it be the connector, the battery, or what? what could be the problem?
If its a starting problem i would load test the battery first, then check my altenator.you can check it at the battery with a meter.a bat connection on the battery would make it not start.clean your terminals and reinstall, make sure thier tight and you cant turn the wires
