Question about 2000 Dodge Caravan
As far *** ur tail lites they r known 2 rust inside take lites out 2 screws and they slide out take bulbs out and clean with sandpaper bulb and sockets get a cheap test lite about 5 to 10 dollars put lites on ground out the test lite and test 4 power in wires

The parking and tail lights are usually on the same fuse as the dash lights, so check the fuse located in the fuse panel under the dash to see if it is blown. If replacement fuse blows again then it could mean a bad tail light bulb or a wire in the wiring loom that is shorting to the body. Check globes first and then check wiring loom near light assemblies for any chafed or bare wires.
