Question about 1999 Volkswagen Golf
Use a multimeter to check it all out but i would imagine its the resistor but it could be a bad earth as well normally the 4th setting is max power so it could be a switch or just a bad earth ,cannot think of how they work now ,do them all the time golfs but i think its my age which is why i cannot remember
