Climb under car, grab, shake ,wiggle look at all moving and mounted parts. check wheels, shocks, brakes, calipers, stabalizer bolts. this is a hands on inspection of the vehicle to determine actual causes,

What would cause a constent humming noise in front end I was told it sounds like the tire is gonna come off, someone else said its the tires i have on it

humming tyre noise changes with different road surfaces so if it doesn't change it is not tyres
most humming noise is harmonic vibration of drive shafts/ lines so check cv joints , "U" joints, bent drive shafts
wheel bearings etc

Have a shake and/or shaking sound at about 100kms / hour, some clunking noises while driving on irregular road surfaces

If you feel the "clunking" noises thru the steering wheel, look to the shocks and/or struts. Check the towers for wear and if they have worn out the bushing(s). Normally if you have a tie rod end going it wont make any noise, you just wont have the control you may need to keep the vehicle from those unexpected and unwanted lane changes!!

Rear knocking 2000 impala

A broken sway bar will also manifest itself while driving over an uneven or washboard-like road surface. A clanking or clunking sound will emanate from the front or rear suspension. Broken sway bars will emit knocking and scraping noises over potholes and dips, sometimes rhythmically. This happens when a sway bar bushing joint swings freely without support and strikes the chassis frame or control arm. Hope this helps.

My 85 f150 is making a clunking noise when driving down the road. Sounds like it's coming from the front. The clunk starts when you start moving and and the clunking increases the faster you move. No...

Possible broken belt in one of your tires. Move the 2 front tires to the rear, see if the problem follows the tires. Or run your hand around the circumference of the tires to feel for a bulge. Other, more expensive problems could be in the suspension. A-arm bushings, or wheel bearings.

2003 Mitsubishi Galant ES Clunking noise

the first thing i would check is the sway bar bushings they usualy go first. you have a bushing out somwhere. ive replace many struts because people have requested new struts and when we install them they come back and complain that the clunk is still there and all it needed was a bushing kit for $20
hope this helps
