SOURCE: How to change the oil on a 2005 Kia Sedona

The oil filter is towards the front of the car, underneath on the passenger side, at the corner of the engine cradle. Loosen the drain plug and drain the oil. Make sure the old oil filter gasket came off with the oil filter. Reinstall the new oil filter. Reinstall the drain plug and fill with 5 quarts of 10w/30 motor oil.

SOURCE: How do change the serpentine belt on a 2005 Kia

There is a tensioner pulley that has a nut in the middle of it, loosen that nut and there is a tensioner bolt that when you loosen it, it slides the pulley away from the belt to replace it.

SOURCE: 2002 kia sedona missing when takeing off and going

I had this same problem at 113,000 miles on my Sedona and I replaced the spark plugs and wires and it took care of this missing. It's an expensive job unless you do it yourself. However, the check engine light came back on so I have to replace the o2 sensor also. Here is a link to a tutorial on how to change the spark plugs. This is the best information you will find for changing spark plugs on a Sedona.

Kia sadonna ran fin all morning but when I shut it off it won't start now, dash lights come on and when I turn the key it ticks, could it be the batterie,

Have your battery tested. If the fans ran all morning, too cool down your van it probably killed the battery. Also keep an eye on your temp gauge, and make sure it's not overheating. The temp sensor for the fans could also be faulty ; causing them to run longer than they should when you turn the van off.

2003 Kia Sedona rpm running high on a cold start.

If it is around 1200rpm for a few minutes this will be normal as the ECM has set the RPM to compensate for the cold air intake (much like an automatic choke). After a few minutes it should drop back to around 1000rpm and then when the motor has been running a bit drop back to around 850-900rpm. If it not following the pattern then run the fault codes and fix the sensor that is reading incorrectly.

Why is my fuel light on but my tank is full?

Does the gauge read full? If not, change the fuel pump assembly. The level sensor on the assembly isn't working. Check engine light on? If so, it may be telling you the level sensor is not functioning.

I have had American behicles that had level sensor problems and was remedied by adding Sea Foam, a full bottle, to the fuel. Corrosion build up from using cheap gasolines cause conductive interference and the Sea Foam will dissolve it. It may work, may not.

If after 150 miles of adding it and you still have the problem, replace the fuel pump assembly or just the level sensor if available from KIA Motors. Either way, the tank will have to be removed from the van.

Tachometer in 2005 kia not working and the check engine light came on

lol The previous answers are a joke. Engine runs, maybe slightly rough, tach not working, and engine light on. Typical ailment for a Kia. Most common issue is the 'Ignition Fail Sensor', located on the engine near the water outlet.

2005 sedona won't start all of a sudden. Doesn't make a sound except for a tiny whirring sound like the feul injectors. Replaced starter...still won't start. checked all fuses...they are good....

you could just have dead cell in the battery which isn't getting enough amps to the starter,, have the battery LOAD checked,, that will tell you if the battery is actually good, just because it registers 12 volts isn't necessarily an indication that the required amps are present.
