There is a device called a clock spring in your steering. it connects you air bag to the cpu and sensors, The clock spring is broken and needs changing. Its necessary cause it rotates freely and still keeps connection to your airbags. However it requires precise settings and its dangerous to install to do not attempt this your self. 1 mistake and your air bag will discharge in your face. Take it to a garage, have the clock sprint changed and error code reset and cleared.
