In several models you have to change 2 coils in time with each other, as defect of one affect the other, I think you have to change as mentioned in service manual 1&4 or 2&3 coils .

The coils on this one is all together 1 thru 4 it well show 300 missfire to all cylinders and the there well be a 325 or352 showing low voltage from coil and it says number 2 cylinder no fire it is a 2.2

How to fix an emission test failure on car with code 300?

Could also be a fuel injector problem. Code 300 is for a random miss and 302 is for cylinder two. But it does not mean the cylinder has no spark, just that it is not producing power.

I have a 2001 Expedition that recently had a tune up and coil replacement. After driving about 300 miles the upper hose of the radiator blew a **** in it. I replaced the hose myself, but now the car

Sounds to me like your heater core is clogged. and it may have nothing to do with the tune up. Also if it has a miss now it is because you got water/coolant on your coil right below the hose where it goes into the fire wall. Get a new coil as well.

PO300 code

Code 300 means you have a random miss that is not serious enough to pick one cylinder. The computer measures RPM on each cylinder as the plug fires. So it is not that a cylinder is not firing but rather that it is not producing enough power.
Other causes are vac leaks and lack of fuel.

I would say its the coil. A crank or cam sensor could cause one cylinder to miss, or go completely dead, but I doubt it would affect two cylinders. And you would get a code for either sensor.

2001 honda s2000 miss fire when ac is on No cel and also only when cold. stops when wormed up

Of course it could be a defective plug or a failing coil for that one cylinder. A steady miss fire should set a trouble code.
You might take another look at the plugs and the connector between the plug and the coil. It could also be a fuel problem such as a fuel filter or O2 sensor.
You may need to hook a scanner to the computer and watch the sensors when the engine is cold compared to warmed up.

1997 ford expedition 190k miles. Engine was missing. code said it was miss firing in the third cylinder. Replaced all ignition coils and sprak plugs also fuel pump. After 100 miles it started with the same...

It could be a bad computer that doesn't fire the fuel injector on that cylinder. Or, the fuel injector is clogged on that cylinder.

The fuel injector should have a telltale click when listening to it operating on that cylinder, and it should also make a noid light blink indicating current is getting to the fuel injector, when the fuel injector harness is connected to a noid light.

Good luck on this repair.

How resolveproblem by code 301 and p0 300

WELL P301 AND 300 IS MISS FIR CODES SO I WOULD DO TUNE UP OR PULL THE PLUGS AND LOOK AT THEM BUT 301 IS CYLINDER ONE MISS FIRE AND I DO NOT SEE WHAT YR THE CAR IS SO IF IT HAS SPARK PLUG WIRE YOU SHOULD REPLACE THEM PUT IF THE CAR HAS COIL OVER IT COULD BE THAT COIL ON NUMBER ONE BUT DO TUNE UP FIRST PLUG WIRE
