Take the grill out, all the bolts behind the grill. take all the bolts out under the hood, note, the hood hinge is bolted to the fender,. Open the door and take the bolt out there. below the fender, behind the wheel, there is a bolt. take the screws out of the liner and it will come off. it takes about an hour and a half if the bolts are rusted.

2000 chevy silverado horn not working

There is three horns on a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado. One on the right side ( Driver's Side ) And two on the Passenger side behind the Fog light assembly that can be accessed by taking out the headlight, real easy to do. The drivers horn is down behind the fog lamp as well but is way harder to get to and I believe that one might be for the alarm factory installed. Good Luck. Robb

03 silverado fender removal

Hey, to remove the fender on your 03 silverado, there will be a number of things you have to do. Can you tell me which side you are referring to (driver/passenger)? The bolts are the same, but the drivers side you need to remove the battery, the fuse box (clips) and the inner fender well (plastic) then there are bolts located at the hood hinge, two on the inner door, two behind the bumper, and it also requires the removal of you washer tank, and the small cross member attached to the fender and the firewall.....sounds like a lot, but I did mine in about 3 hours.......I can post a few pictures if you need them......please rate as well. Thanks.

2000 chevy 1500 silverado- rear brakes overheating

Have someone push & release pedal while at wheel with problem. See if it takes a while or slow to release. If yes, have wrench ready on bleeder screw, and try again, if it sticks/holds, crack bleeder screw, if it releases, I'd replace hose.
