Question about Dodge Caravan
Code P1294 target idle not reached most likely need to replace the idle air control motor. can cause the car to stall or reeve up.
code P0125 engine not reaching operating temperature, most likely you need to replace the thermostat, or possible the coolant temperature sensor.
the coolant temperature could cause the slight loss in power, because if the on-board computer thinks the engine is cold it will keep the fuel rich just like if it were trying to start a cold engine.
but i think you need to replace the fuel filter, that is probably the low power.
