You shouldn't have anymore than 100 mA draining with all the doors closed and lights off. If you do, try pulling fuses one at a time with your ammeter connected and see which circuit kills the drain. This should give you an idea where to look.

Many things can pull power when the car is "off", look at the wires to the radio to make sure that the "memory" wire (usually going to battery or "hot always") is not switched around with the ignition on wire. also if the dome/ trunk/ glovebox lights are not turning off (due to bad switch(s)) that can drain the battery VERY fast (they usually have a 20 amp fuse) as that it is hard to tell if they are on with the door(s) closed, I would pull the fuse for the item(s) and see if the battery stays up, if so, then you have found the problem. also if you have a car charger for your cell / laptop, etc, they can draw power as well. good luck!!

1999 ford Taurus SE Blower motor runs with engine off and drains battery

Is it a temperature-controlled fan? I've seen some cars that run their fans for a few minutes after the car is turned-off, to cool-down the engine. After a few minutes, it will automatically shut off -- it also shut-downs when the "target" temperature is reached.

Battery drain

Best bet is to disconnect the clock and disable the alarm and see if you still have a drain. If you do, it's likely that it's something inside the computer (although that seems far-fetched). Chances are there are more components than that in the suspect circuit. However, that being said, I'd suspect the alarm system - the ECU doesn't really draw power with the car off, per se, and the clock is a minimal drain. Something shorting out in the alarm however, will likely drain your battery quickly. I have seen faulty sensors added as part of an alarm system cause battery drains in the past.
