The problem with your vehicle is your heater core has failed and the puddle in your car is what convinces me of that. You will need to have your defective heater core replaced with a new one.

I hope this helps you out an if so please leave me some feed back.

There is water puddling up on the passenger side floor and actually seems to be coming up thru the floor, nothing leaking down from anywhere.

ok you got some possibles.1 check cabin filter if signs of water than drain plug on fire wall cloged.causing water to enter by over filling and no were to go.but thru the filter.easy fix.also if you losing anti-freeze than that will point at your heater core leaking from line or core itself.need to test it,turn on heater and check floor with a towel. lay it on floor going up to firewall inside truck.go for a good drive so pressure can build and heater on.while engine hot look at floor towel top part by firewall wet prob heatercore.also check if door is wet to eliminate possbility of door seal leaking.let me know.

1997 Chevrolet Camaro; water in passanger floor.

Hello Friend:

You said it was Just Water & not Anti-Freeze, Sounds like your Air Condition Drainage Hose off the Evaperator is Plugged.

1- Way to Find out is Start your Vehicle and Look under the Passenger Side see if your getting a Fairly Good Flow of Water out of the A/C Drain Tube. Run it on Max Air and High Fan.

You can Also Try this Turn on your Heater and Take a Look inside on Passenger Floor.

Hope This Helps you Let me Know if you Would of the Quality of the Solution i gave You.

Thanks For Using FIXYA From: d_hubbs

2007 acura tsx water in passenger side floor

No it sounds more like your A/C evap drain may be stopped up. Of you had a heater core problem you would have a stong odor from the anti-freeze and it would be very noticable and some time cause moistuer on the windows. usually the Evap drain can be blown out from the bottom.
Don't let anyone sell your a heater core. The moisture on the carpet would be oily to the touch as well from the antifreeze.

2004 Envoy Smell like Anti-freeze when turn on the air

probably is a small seep in the heater core. does not have to be leaking enough to find any inside the car to have a strong smell in there just a small seep that makes the heater core wet will do it.

Overheating

If you are adding anti-freeze every time this happens, you are still loosing coolant some were. I assume there are no puddles on the garage floor or where you park the van? Check the oil dipstick and make sure the oil is not a "milky"color. Check the passenger side carpet for wetness, you may have to pull it back.
If all of that is OK, you are still burning the coolant by way of the intake gasket or head gasket.
Good luck, let me know.
