Remove 1 of the spark plug wires and ground it, to see if any fire is coming from it, if none , then , i would remove the coil and look it over , to see if it doesn't have any cracks in it, and sometimes , we can get a part , that might have been returned to the parts store, and the part didn't perform right, so again i would chech out the coil 1 more time. also you can check the start relay located under the hood on drivers side in a black box, where fuses and relays are located.

Swap coil pack to another plug if problem jumps to that hole you'll know its the pack. Repeat as nesscary. That way you don't buy parts you dont need

Chrysler neon not fireing on 1 and 4 cyl

I would be more inclined to think the wiring in the coil pack for that coil may have a problem. Have a shop check your ignition system, before springing for a new pcm. There should be a hot wire to the coil primary wire going to that coil. May have to run continuity tests on the wiring for the coil pack. Or if you could find a used coil pack, and use your good coils on it to try it.

My mpv wont turn over no spark

If the van was running before you changed the wires, I don't see how it is not firing the plugs now unless you got the wrong wires and they are not making contact with the coil towers and the plugs.
If there is no spark on any of the wires, something happened to the coil pack or the crank/cam sensors. Or a fuse or relay for the coil pack.
I would probably try an old plug wire to make sure, then check the coil for voltage.

I have a 2001 Focus that is showing a #3 misfire, changed the spark plugs and wires and it is still running rough? What next?

had the same thing with my crown vic on the #8 cylinder. changed plugs and wires. still missing. wound up replacing the coil pack. you can check resistence of the coil between companion spark plug towers. ford marks each tower with 2 cylinder #'s. resisistence should be around 10-12 ohms
