Were is the fuel pump relay on a 91 geo tracker also when I hooked power to the fuel pump it dindnt run

When you hooked power directly to the fuel pump, it may not have been grounded properly. If you're running power directly to it, and it is grounded properly, it should work fine, unless the fuel pump itself if bad. There is something called Ohm's law. it says you have to have power and a ground to transfer electricity. I am at a loss on where the fuel pump relay is. If the pump won't work with direct power, I can't imagine it being the relay.

Where is fuel reset switch for 93 GEO storm

old post. (helping Geos' today)
post a symptom.?
my guess , is you search the internet and see 100 year of cars and 10,000 brands and think , my car works like them? wrong.
guess, 2, you meant to say the fuel pump cut off ?
that is correct, some cars do have it but not yours.
no inertial, no roll over switch, nada.
the Storm pump is 100% controlled by the ECU via 1 relay
called, the Fuel pump relay.

OUR 1990 GEO STORM JUST QUIT RUNNINBG. WE HIT ON THE FUEL LINE UNDER THE CAR AND IT KICKED THE FUEL PUMP ON AND WAS ABLE TO DRIVE IT ABOUT 2 MILES BEFORE SHUTTING OFF. IT REVED VERY HIGH. IS THERE A RESET...

sorry no reset switch. Sometimes like you said you can tap on the fuel pump to engage it (I'd recommend a rubber mallet) but you need a new fuel pump asap.

1990 geo storm wont start, no fuel, no stored codes.

can you hear the fuel pump when you turn the ignition key to start position??( you should hear it start then stop after few sec.) If not, this could be the fuel pump fuse, some bad contact in the wiring of the fuel pump or the worst case the computer.but if you do,unplug your main fuel line to the injector turn the switch to start position again to see if you have some fuel coming out.if not this could be the fuel filter or the fuel pressure switch! hope this will help you...lipak!..
