Check the battery terminal connection and clean them. Then do a alternator check. Start the car remove the + terminal if the truck stalls? The alternator is bad. Replace it and you should be good to go. If it still does the same thing? Fuel might be an issue. Change the fuel filter and airr filter.

I have a 2003 camry V6 XLE. Battery is good when turning on the ignition. But when I try to start it I just hear this "Whinnie" sound. just spinning sound every time try to start it.

You have a bad starter drive. It's not spinning up fast enough to engage flywheel. Two options, both require starter removal. #1) replace starter w/rebuilt from any good parts store - it will come w/new starter drive. #2) replace starter drive, but means disassembly of starter and is more time consuming.

1993 subaru legacy front cv axles

First thing to have checked would be the front CV axles. If the rubber boots rip and allow the grease out it can damage the joints and they will make a clicking sound. Worn out axle joints can also bind and make it feel jerky. If they are making that loud of a noise it could become a safety issue, have them checked out soon.
