Question about Pontiac Bonneville
The problem may or may not be related to each other. You may have a bad starting motor or relay. The chance that the issue may be related if it is a wiring issue. Some of the insulator or terminals may have gone bad and may be grounded or gone loose. Inspecting and rewiring needs to trace the wires of each of the components and check for the said physical damages. This is a tedious and long process.
