Hi.
best thing to is pressure wash the pump, pipes and steering rack to work out where the leak is coming from. most of the parts are not servicable so it is just a matter of changing the leaking part.
when you know what part needs to be replaced please feel free to ask again for instructions on how to change it.

Hello, this can caused by several thing, the power steering pump may be leaking, the stering gear leaking, or one of the power steering hoses. you will need to make a visual inpection of these parts and see if you see fluid leaking out. the teo most common areas are, the power steering pressure hose and the steering gear mounted under the vehicle on the frame

Not really sure what your asking. But if your leaking from the power steering unit but it looks like tranny fluid it's because it is tranny fluid. Power steer fluid and tranny fluid are the same except that tranny fluid has a red dye in it.

clean the power steering pump and hose with high pressure water,then run and turn the wheel back and forth to see your fluid leak then repair as fit.

Do you have the famous power steering fluid leaking and not sure where its going too? I had to replace my power steering lines as it was leaking fluid like a siv slowly at first. It was the rubber on the power steering lines leaking.
