Question about 2005 Chevrolet Uplander

The EGR is located on the intake at or near the throtlle body. DO NOT !!!! Disconnect, the car will only run worse. I recommend you locate it and either replace it or just soak it in cleaning solvent for a couple hours and then clean the carbon buildup from inside the dirty side (the side that's black or dark grey) with a long, thin blade. Blow it and dry completely and install with a NEW gasket.
