1999 ram v6 abs and brake light on, drove a block

Sounds like your alternator died. Check wiring, fuses and replace alternator as should test bad.  $80.00 at a scrap-yard should be a general price for used.
Back-yard mechanic should install for $20.00
Good luck.

No spark wont turn over

Possible failure of either crankshaft or camshaft sensors. Have you run a scanner on your computer to see if it points to anything? Good luck!

Any repair facility and most auto parts stores will check the alternator at no cost to you. If it checks OK then look for a loose or broken wire. Use a multimeter to check the wires while moving the wire back and forth as sometimes the wire is broken but the insulation is not.

2002 Honda Acord 4 cyl Se. P1166 and P1167 Fixed

You can try resetting the system (clear the codes) by removing, with the key off, the number 13 fuse (7.5 amp)(CLOCK/BACKUP) from the fuse/relay box (end of the instrument panel, passenger's side) for 10 seconds. If the code comes back, you still have a problem.
Hope this helps you.

My cigarettelighter wnt emit power in my1996 honda acord but the fuseis fine what els could it be?

Check for power to your cigerette lighter by removing the wire connector from the back and probing with a test light. If you have power then it's your cigarette lighter itself. You can buy them at most auto parts stores.

1999 honda accord ex v6

The back brakes on my Honda Accord are disc brakes. After removing the brake cylinder assembly you will see the brake cylinder piston end has a slot in it. The short pin on the back side of the inner brake pad fits into this slot, but also it is used to 'Turn' (clock-wise) the piston back into the cylinder so you fit the assembly back over the new 'thicker' pads. You can not 'press' this piston back into the cylinder.
