Question about 2003 Ford Taurus
OK, to start with there is no P0000 code Also no P008A code , all codes will start with either a P, B, C, or U and will have 4 numbers no letters, we see this with some of the cheap code readers, now the P0191 is a good code and is a fuel rail pressure sensor, but i don't think that is the engine stall i think you need to replace the idle air control motor we see a lot of these fail on the ford's also there is a TSB on the 2001 Taurus dealing with this problem the TSB reference number is 03-3-5 it basically says to replace the idle air control motor. now lets deal with the code, it could be a fuel pressure sensor but what we see most of the time with this code is the wire going under the intake manifold plenum gets a bad spot were the harness rubs on the bottom of the intake and this causes a high resistance reading in the sensor circuit, most of the time you can just repair the wire and cure the code.
i hope this info. helps.
let me know if there is any thing else i can do for you.
