Change your PCV valve and that will correct the issue. You can pick one up at any auto parts store.

That's usually an indication of cylinder "blow by" common in high mileage situations. Usually means bad rings

Lost motor oil true the air filter

well sounds like blow by and if your getting alot of oil into the air filter could be and most likely stuck or worn out rings or timing is out. Or if your lucky its just cheap oil and to try and see if you can fix this it sounds like its a higher mileage car
1 stay away from Quaker state no moister guard
2 find a good oil with a moisture guard and get 2 bottles of Lucas treatment of engines but before you do the oil change dump half liter of trans fluid in engine and run for about 30 to 40 min after it is warm to clean out oil deposits then put the Lucas in first then fill rest with oil the Lucas hopefully will help stop the blow by.
3 also check the timing

Why does my 1996 grand am with a 3.1 engine run rough and stall when warm

Try a complete tune-up/ Plugs, wires, oil, air filter, fuel filter, check the timing. Plugs are probably oil fouled

My 1993 ford Festiva W model is smoky at start up mostly first start for the day and fine through out the day guessing cause the engine is warm, I have since done a service including- engine cleaning detox...

white smoke could be steam from condensation in the exhaust or maybe valves? check your ignition timing maybe the black smoke caused by the car running to rich.

You need to check the throttle stop cushion is making contact. The engine will hunt if you have air in the throttlebody coolant pipes, if the coolant sensor is faulty or if the TPS isn't calibrated.
