When I push it hard,at high rpm,s it starts cutting out and will quit,and wont start again for a while,them in 30 minits or so,it will start and run perfect until I push it again?

So is this the only issue your having? Is the stang hard to start cold or warm? Hard to say with what youve asked....Is your TFI newer how about your Dizzy?

Check for any possible vacuum leaks. (hose maybe)
Could be a throttle position sensor.
Could just need a good tune up and fuel system cleaning.
Could be a clogged fuel filter or a weak fuel pump.
If you do not have a check/service engine light on, you will just have to start checking things out the hard way.

1st run scans for fault codes.

I will suggest that you replace the fuel filter

M.A.P. consor $30.00 autoizone this is hard to diagnose easy to change

Possibly air in the fuel lines. Possibly Fuel Injection Pump Case Relief Valve has come apart (funny looking ,10mm bolt with 2 round sides on left side of Injection Pump). Great site for TDIs - www.tdiclub.com - forum thread on this very problem. Great people will help get you going.

Hi, without testing the car, and knowing miealge on car, ill guess coil is faulty or you can go to any large parts store the new franchise type. They will come out and put a tester on usually free and just might save you a lot of money, before a mechanic tells you to rebuild the motor for 3,000. Good luck to you! Frankie!
