The flashing red light comes on after a minuite of removing the key from the ignition or locking the car, the light is the immobiliser light, when this light is flashing the immobiliser is active, when put the key into ignition and turn on the ignition the immobiliser will turn off if its the correct key.

Picture of a horse flashing on the dash board

What kind of vehicle is it? Check your owners manual, it should tell you in there what the warning lights mean. I have never seen a horse on my dashboard, but my truck is a '03.

How do i access the engine code that pertains to a 1987 g-20 van, I can't find a two prong connector under the passenger dash but a multi prong female plug is next to the hood release driver's side

The connector is under the dash panel in front of the driver, it is called the ALDL connector, it is not a two prong connector, it has 12 cavities, you jump the upper two on the right of the connector shell, see picture below.

With key off use a paper clip and touch together the top right 2 connectors on the diagnostic link connector. Then turn key on, it should flash once pause then flash twice, that is a 12, it will flash that 3 times that is normal, then it will flash any codes set 3 times each then return to 12 when done.
The OBD Diagnostic Link Connector is located: Front seating area, driver side, driver side of steering column, mounted behind dash upper panel to the left side of the steering column

I replaced all turn sigal bulbs & right front will not flash?

If the light stays on instead of flashing than its a flasher which is located under the dash either driver or passenger. Copy and paste the link below to view a picture of the flasher.

Red car shaped flashing light on dash board when engine off?

I'm assuming that you are referring to a 2006 Altima since you have it pictured the only car on the dash is for open trunk.

Keyless entry keylob want lock or unlock doors or trunk.change battery and checked all fuses.

You need to program the remote. Get in to the car and LOCK all doors with the switch on drivers side door. Take the key and insert it into the ignition cylinder in and out 6-10 times, until the flashers/hazards flash on your dash board. Or just keep putting the key in and out (nice and easy now, not fast) until you see the lights on dash flash. After the lights flash, turn the key into ACC mode to make the whole dash light up.(do not start car) .With the key in ACC position, hit any button on remote, that will make the hazards flash again. Turn key off and unlock door with switch again. Open door.DONE.
Good luck.
