Question about 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis
Voltage comes from the actual a/c head,chek a wiring diagram to see which actual wire brings pwr down to ur blower . access by removing a/c head out to access backside connectors. another common problem overlooked is to to check ur blower resistors their located in the same area as ur blower motor. u have to access the two mounting bolts that hold it in. the pigtail/wires that connect to blwr mtr usually come from this resistor pak located in blwr hsg to help keep em cool.wat they do is vary the amount of ground going to blower mtr.wen u remove it a telltale sign that thir no good is severe rust buildup on the mounting plate or electrical module wrapped in sealant. good luk
