My 2002 duramax diesel is pouring water into the oil but its not even gettin up to the heads.. was wonderin if its the aluminum plate I have heard about that seperates the water from oil... it does have chips on it n I believe the previous owner caused to much pressure n blew a hole in that plate. What do y'all think?

Must be in the intake, That is about the only place they can have a chance to get into the oil be sides you really need to check for water in your spark plugs, To see is the water is getting inside the valves. If not this is a enternal problem Good luck to you.

Oil ran out while driving..plug had came out. put oil & plug in & truck will not start. 2002 ford f250

You ran the truck out of oil? If so then you have seized the engine up and it wont start again. If your lucky the engine could be rebuilt using the same block but the internals will all need to be replaced.

whens the last time you changed the fuel filter? ther maybe to much water in the filter and the tank, on warmer days the fuel maybe trying to seprate in the filter, when you go to start it you maybe trying to run it on water more then diesel. add a cetien booster to the tank of fuel you have see if that helps

2000 chevy 3500 duramax has water in oil, runs great,no smoke,no ses light on,no oil in water

very, very seldom does the oil get get in the coolant, it is almost always the other way around, coolant in the oil, I have 35 years of experience to back me up on this. The problem is almost certain to be leaky head gaskets, one or both, but they should be done together anyway.

2002 duramax will heat up underload but not at idle any ideas why

No diesel I have ever owned will heat up to operating temp while idling. I have had semi's and dump truck and a Dodge with a Cummings turbo diesel. If you don't idle a diesel up to around 1200 rpm while sitting the combustion chamber temperature will drop because the diesel does not ignite fully at low rpm. You may also notice after an extended period of idling 1/2 hour or more that when you pull away the exhaust will be whitish blue because of the unburnt diesel fuel sitting on top of the rings. Also extended low idle will wash down the cylinder walls with unburnt diesel and remove the oil from lubricating the cylinders and rings. Hope this helps you understand why your diesel won't heat up while idling. Mike
