SOURCE: 2000 Lexus lx300 getting obd 2 codes P1150,P1155

P1150 Air/Fuel sensor circuit (bank 2 sensor 1)
P1155 Air/Fuel sensor heater malfunction (bank 2 sensor1)
There are a few quite a few reasons why this problem is present.
The car is 10years old, probably has between 100k and 200k miles.
I would guess that the sensor is bad and needs to be replaced. But you do want to look at other aspects of the car. I'm not there so you will need to find and confirm if the car needs a tune-up, if there is water in the fuel, if there is something else wrong with the exhaust system (like the CAT).
Also the wiring would need to be inspected to see if there are corroded, bent, or missing pins.
I will tell you that without a good scan-tool, you will either luck-out with changing the A/F sensors or you will be playing the guessing game for days. Good luck, but let me know if you have more questions.

My car is misfiring

I own a 2000 avalon and had a similar issue, rough idle especially when stopped, car felt like it was going to stall. I had a couple error codes which included one of the o2 sensors and knock sensors. I replaced the pcv valve , and o2 sensor, both easy fixes, but tue knock sensor is in the top half of the engine. Cost me 500 bucks to replace, install knock sensor at shop. After knock sensor was replaced and other o2 sensor replaced, no more idle issues. What happens if an o2 sensor on one of

How do you change an air/fuel sensor heater circuit (bank1, sensor2)?

The heater is part of the sensor assembly, the usual fix is to replace the A/F sensor , in this case bank one is near the firewall and sensor 2 is just behind the catalityc converter for bank one.

Check engine sign appeared on my 2001 avalon , code error p1155, please advise

Appears it is an Oxygen sensor error, they are located in the exhaust system, in the v6, that code indicates the second bank (but unsure which bank that is) Ideally you need to take the car in for service, or at least inspect the Oxygen sensors, the code indicates that teh heater element has failed.

The upper sensors are air fuel sensors and the lower ones are o2 sensors. you cant mix these up. Assuming you did everything right and still coding then either the new sensor b1s2 is bad or the wirng(power and ground need to be checked. A scan tool can be used to look at the performance of the sensors too. Sometimes the codes just point to the area of the problem and changing the part isn't the answer.
