Question about 2006 Ford Mustang

1 Answer

2006 v6 mustang convertible. I changed the battery, followed the manufacturers directions to reset the computer but the service engine light is still on. I also have an after market cold air intake installed a couple of years ago. Service engine light wasn't an issue until the new battery was installed a couple of months ago. Any thoughts?

Reset service engine soon light 2004 ford mustang

The cheap and easy way is to disconnect your battery and turn on your headlights and leave it for a few minutes to reset the ECU. Otherwise you will need a scan tool to do it.
