Re: replace convertable top
How hard is kind of a relative term.
It kind of depends on your level of expertise.
Changing a convertible top is not a simple nut and bolt job.
I worked in a trim shop for 19 years, and I can do them, and even so, they put up a fight from start to finish.
I suggest if you have never done a convertible top before, or you do not have access to someone that has done convertible tops before not to try it on your own.
The tops are fairly expensive, and you can damage them very easily during installation.
A job like this is best left to a trim shop (Automotive Upholstery).
Because of all the steps involved, it is not considered a novice job.

Follow the exhaust pipe to beyond the catalytic converter. The "rear" or down stream O2 sensor is usually on top of pipe behind the converter. Follow the wire from it to its disconnect plug andf unplug it. Use the correct size open end wrench to remove the sensor. Reverse to istall replacement. You really don't need a diagram - just your mark 1 eyeballs.
The rear window in your car is a separate part from the top so it can be replaced without replacing the top.
You must, however remove most of the top.

remove the plastic trim cover inside at the front where the latch secures to the top of the front screen, then remove the 2 small plugs in the rear interior trims behind rear seats on side panels. Using the special allen key tool turn the catches approx 90 degrees to release the rear of the hood, then simply lift off and back
