Power door locks and power windows do not work, just quit, appears dome light and radio time don't work as well. All fuses look good, replaced a couple to no avail. Is there a resetable breaker somewhere

I don't have a diagram, but you will just have to pull fuses out individually and check, or use a flashlight/torch and sine it from the back side of the fuses of they are the clear type. You can often view the filament then to see if it has burned out.
Let me guess? You cut the wires. You are supposed to disconnect all of them in the old door and pull them through. Then you remove door. Remove wires from donor door. Install donor door and pull the original UN-CUT wires through and re-connect.
I just had the same issues. No headlights, interior lights, power door locks, radio controls on steering wheel, or dash lights. Pulled every fuse in cab and under hood, not a one was bad. I disconnected the battery terminals for a few minutes. When I reconnected them every thing was working.
