This should be a straight forward swap to a new line. Loosen fittings, remove clips, unscrew retainer on block and drain oil from old line to avoid messy spills and replace.

5) remove oil lines from cooler if it has them,
6) remove connector from cooling fans and then remove fans.

10) lift radiator up and out , careful not to damage lines or condenser.

We need to know if the radiator has an enigine oil cooler in it so we know which one to buy

if you get under the car on the driver side were the oil filter is and look were the filter screw onto the motor,if you see 2 large lines coming from the plate that the filter screws onto going to the front of the motor and attach to the lower rad then you have an engine oil cooler in the radiator.there will be lines that come from the transmission to the radiator that are considerably smaller.

What type of freon does a 1993 chevy g20 van use?

I think 1995 was the change over year to R-134a. Your car should have R-12. If it has small threaded acme fittings its R-12. The R-134 fittings are different sizes and have snap lock fittings similar to an air hose.

Can a 2005 radiator for a chevy impale fit into a 2004 chevy impala

It should but double check to make sure the trans cooler lines are on the right sides to reattach yours. Also that the rad hoses go to the same sides. This assumes that the engines are the same size. Radiators are engine specific, the bigger the engine the bigger the rad. It's no problem putting a big engine rad on a small engine but you can't go the other way. Hope this helps.
