In the trunk left hand side the "reset" button lives, there is a hole that you use to push. Once you push it the owners manual says to smell for gas, then if you don't smell gas! Attempt to start allowing your vehicle to run for at least a minute to allow your system to restabilize. Hope this helps!

1999 Saab 9.3 ran out of gas after putting gas car will not start

Check your fuel pump fuse and make sure it isn't blown. The pump needs gasoline to stay lubricated....the pump may have died when you ran out of gas. Can you hear the pump come on when you turn the car on?

My mercury mystique ran out of gas I put gas in it but wont start

Turn the key on and listen for the fuel pump to prime, you ran out of gas, if it was weak to begin with that may have finished it.

Ran out of gas......

Sounds like fuel pump burned out when you ran out of gas. probably ran dry for about 20 sec till engine quit. Check for power to fuel pump in tank. Most likely fuel pump will need replacement . Hope this helps

Hi
How much gas did you put in. ?

Better with 2 gals.

Jump start it, and keep pumping that gas pedal.

Good Luck.
