Question about 1998 Cadillac DeVille
Check thermostat, put a coolant pressure tester to check for leaks. check radiator for fluid levels.
check to see if electric fan is working.
start car,when cooled, open radiator cap and check to see if its flowing,if not, then could be a bad water pump.
check carpet under dash for wet spots to indicate if heater core is bad.
any one of those could be at fault.
