Manufacturer recommended is 36 PSI all around. But I keep 35 in the front and 34 at the back for comfortable ride and little bit of better milage. Usually I drive alone during week days, but with 4-6 people on week ends

My steering wheel on my mazda cx9 will not turn

Try attempting to turn the key st the same time you try to work the steering wheel side to side. It may take a little while, but it should unlock the wheel in a bit.

My 2008 mazda cx9 fan started blowing after shutting off the engine, blows for one minute and quits

To a limited extent this is normal because the engine goes into a heat soak condition when it is shut down- hot areas with the water jacket surrounding it are still heating up from the residual heat in the engine.
