My 95 lumina shakes and misses while accelerating tried plugs, wires, oil chage, air filter, fuel filter, oil filter,1 coil pack,1 rear exhaust push rod and lifter

honestly, sounds like you should go to basics-check compression first, clean the throttle body , check fuel pump pressure at the rail on top of the engine-if you have any kind of check engine light, you need to get the code pulled, you have an OBDI system, so it is not as easy to diagnose-another basic is having good electrical power-battery and alternator in good condition.

Change your spark plugs and wires. Also clean out your MAF and Throttlebody also while your at it change out your EGR and EGR selenoid. They are known to fail.
After you changed and flushed out your coolant make sure you BLEED the air out of the system.

Code says number one cylender miss fireing just did tune up still miss fireing

Depending on your vehicle is the coil pack good? If so with car running unplug the alternator and see if the engine smooths out, if so replace the alternator. The alternator can have a short inside causing a misfire code, if coil pack, wires, and plugs are good.

I have a Mitsi Lancer '92' glx that appears to be running on three cyclinders, could it be the leads or plugs. It misses badly on cold mornings for about 5minutes of travelling, then comes right,

If you take the car to a mechanic they have the equipment to ck the fireing. Some they can adjust the fireing with the computer. If you want to try to fix it yourself. take the wire off of the cylinder you think is not fireing and see if that makes a differance, then put back on. Also open the hood at night and see if you see sparks, if you do, the wires are bad.

My 2006 grand cherokee's engine is running rough at crusing speed. At times it totally quits running. Dealer said spark plugs needed changing, has a little over 45K. Plugs did not help. Any suggestions?

If the pluggs did not fix the problem then you likely need the plug wires replaced or you need to make sure they are going to the right plugs according to your engines fireing order.
