Question about 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
Catalytic converter is running below expected threshold-in other words, the sensor is telling the engine computer the cat is not doing it's job, that is to clean up any unburned gases going out of the exhaust. It can mean you need a new cat, or you have an exhaust leak-could also be cured with a new O2 sensor, or check the connection or wiring to the O2 sensor. Will not affect the way the vehicle runs, but usually indicates the car is not 'lighting off; (getting to operation temp) anymore.
