Was there oil in the plug well? if so, your coils can easily short out. If not, check the injector by holding a large screwdriver against the injector housing and the handle by your ear and listen to it-see if it sounds like the others (clicking), you might have a bad injector or an issue with the wiring harness or connector, If none of these provide an answer, do a compression test.

PO171 and P1131 point to lean codes on bank PO174 and P1151 point to lean code on bank PO305 is missfire on cyl 5

the lean codes is probably a vacuum leak or maybe a MAF sensor is bad or dirty

missfire is dependant on engine if a V10 it may be a coil actually pretty likely on the modulars not uncommon thats for sure
sorry forgot to add that its says missfire on #5 cant remember if that one is the first on the left or last on the left facing the engine vacummn leak could be those dang auto hubs got it stuck in the mud and they did not engage I need to buy some new ones took them apart to clean them out this summer

bad oxygen will idle speed also clogged fuel filter, faulty fuel pressure regulator, dirty fuel injectors will cause engine to rough idle.

2005 GMC Yukon 1500 XLT Getting following codes: 131,171,307 Started immediately after replacing fuel pump Wondering if related- maybe dirt in filter or something. Missing on 1 cylinder (7)

Codes P0131 and P0171 indicate the fuel system is lean at least on bank #1.P0307 indicates a missfire on #7 cylinder. Tou didn't indicate if you replace the fuel filter when you replaced the pump. If not that would be the first thing to do. Beyond that you'll have to check the fuel system for pressure and volume. If that's OK you could have a weak O2 sensor on bank #1. If fuel system checks out you'll have to check #7 plug, wire, coil, etc,

you may try your rotor button and distributor cap. and spark plug wires. try your map sensor also they tend to cause a lot of misfiring if they go bad.hope this helps.

2000 lincoln navigator unable to bleed up fuel

I think I would try the easiest thing to fix and then see how much straightened out. The fuel tank vacuum will probably be a gas cap not on tight or defective or a gas vapor line has a hole in it. You may need a smoker to find that leak if the gascap is okay,

Bank 1 should have cylinders 1,2,3,4. Since 3 cylinders that are in the same bank are misfiring it must be lack of fuel or bad spark. The tester said that bank was lean. If the plugs were not firing it would be rich with unburned fuel. The tester also indicated the other fuel tank vacuum bleed problem.

You might try the power connector for the Bank 1 injectors or check the injector wiring for #2,3,and 4 to see if they are getting power.

Remember to clear the diagnostic meter to see if the trouble codes return. Would be interested in the outcome.

the missfire can be caused faulty leads and spark plugs replace spark plugs and leads reset codes by removing engine fuse for 10 sec road test and check codes if the lean on bank 2 comes back you may have a faulty injector or intake manifold leak try some injector cleaner in the fuel overdose it it wont hurt
