Question about 1995 Lincoln Town Car
There is more information needed. If you can does not start, troubleshooting strates with the symtoms. If the engine is turning over when you try to start at a normal speed then the ignition coil could be an issue. Although most new cars do not have 1 ignition coil like the older cars did. If you replaced the battery and the engine is turning slow when you try to start it, you may have an issue with the alternator. If that is the case a jumpstart would get the engine started. If attempts to start the engine result in just a clicking noise it could be the starter. Also ther is a number of other components I didn't mention that could play a role. If you could describe what you see and heard, it would help narrow it down.
