the easiest way to help you is you can purchase a repair manual for your vehicle at an auto parts store like napa,Oreillys or auto zone the manuals are around 20 dollars and have all the specifics you will need to do this your self. these manuals have diagrams and step by step instructions. good luck and hope this helps you.

Firstly, in Australia the 1995 Excel III Sprint is the re-named Hyundai Accent (x3).
Solution: Hyundai has a very complete service web site for all technical issues. Refer http://www.hmaservice.com/, although you will have to create a logon ID with a password.

Here is what I do know. If your Accord has the 2.2 Ltr engine, it is an interference engine, and you may be right, you could have bent valves, bad cam, ect.
