Does it shake when accelerating hard up to 50mph? If you aren't getting any shaking in the steering wheel, and it feels like it is coming from the front, then it sounds like bad axles (mainly bad inner CV joints).

Try rotating the tires back to how they were before the shaking started, and see if it changes (not likely if there's no shaking in the steering wheel). Check this fault in a sample video:

Another thing, check all the suspension bolts you undid to change the coilovers. Make sure everything is tight. Did you neutralize all your suspension bushings before tightening the bolts? If not you could be getting bushing bind. To neutralize suspension bushings: loosen the suspension bolts, load the suspension (either the car sitting on the ground or the jack stands holding the car up by the suspension not the lift points), tighten the suspension bolts.

Keep us updated.

sounds like it time to have the front end balljoints inspected. Only with an inspection will you get the proper results. Why guess, this is a safety issue.

When going at 40 mph and above car sounds forced llike it needs to shift

Your guess may be right...Start with a tranny flush.
Replace the transmission fluid and filter, and add a bottle of trans-lube with the fluid to free-up the stuck gears.

At 40 mph it starts jurking from left to right and when i take my foot off the gas it stops

what you have is "death wobble", mainly caused by worn wheel bearings, severely out of balance wheels, or seriosly misaligned tracking.
I dont know how experienced you are with cars so dont want to advise something beyond your skill, but solving this problem involves checking and repairing the above mentioned faults.

yes make sure your lug nuts are all tight and the wheels are seated properly on the hubs, if they are tight bring the car to a tire shop and have them balance the two front tires, this will tell you if you have a bent wheel please rate -jeff
