Grand caravan caliper bolt size

They are located right behind the caliper. Some use hex bolts, some use Allen bolts and some use Torx bolts. My 2006 caravan has 7mm in the front and T-45 in the rear.

I need a tool to take my front passenger caleper off to replace the tire studs it seems to need an allen key

don't know about this exact car, but most brake calipers use either a 3/8th inch allen (hex) head or a T-50 torx head bit. The Hex wrench is what I would get without seeing this. I have also used a ratchet extension on some cars.

I need to know what size hex or allen wrench is needed to remove the front disc brake pads ,on a 1995 mercury villager. Thanks ! Jerry

I'm guessing 7 mm torx from factory, but some are hex after calipers are replaced. Maybe 8 mm hex.

96 gmc savana 1500 pass van caliper

It's not actually a torx head, it's a hex head. I don't know if they changed the size since '96, but my '02 needed a 3/8" hex key (also known as an Allen wrench).

It's gonna be tough, I put the key in sideways so that forcing it down would rotate it counter-clockwise (keep in mind that the bolt faces the other way... don't want to inadvertently tighten it), then put my foot on the key, knee against the wheel well, and used my ankle to break it free. On the passenger side, because the brake line was in the way, I had to set the key so that forcing upwards would break it loose, then used a 2-foot length of pipe to get the torque advantage needed to break it free.
