Question about 1993 Honda Accord
First thing I would check is fuel pressure-at the top rail, push in the pin at the valve (have a towel to hold over it when you do this, key on)-should get a good stream, if not your fuel pump is probably bad or you need to check fuse or relay for fuel pump power. You say you have spark, is it bright, does it jump a decent distance? Make sure your MAP sensor is plugged in, and worst case you might have to start from scratch-do a compression test, check battery voltage (should be over 12.4), and get a can of starting fluid and spray SOME (not a lot) into the intake tube-if it starts then and stalls out, it is a fuel issue, if it makes no difference your 'spark' is either too weak(low voltage), out of time (distributor moved?) or you might have some issue with your engine computer (not at all likely but last resort).
