Question about 2001 Mazda MPV
Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. It all depends on what bulbs your car has. Some vehicles have a bulb that has low/high beam in the same bulb, while others have multiple bulbs. It may also be your actual light switch. You could have a loose wire or it may be defective. As far as the wheels, it could be the suspension, brake pads, tie rod.
