If you have the proper codes the owner's manual will explain the sequence for entering them. If no owner's manual or if you don't have the codes you will need to take it to a dealership where they can look up the codes and enter them for a fee. The only other alternative is to go the the vehicle or radio brand manufacturers website and search for a usable code.

Radio code

You need to get the serial number off the sticker attached to the radio. It will require pulling apart your dash. Call an Acura dealership with that serial number and they should be able to provide you the code.

Radio code for 97 acura integra gs

Hi:
The only way to get a radio code is to drive your car to the dealer, and have the VIN number handy. The service department can look up your radio code. This keeps theives from reselling stolen radios.

Radio error on Acura

We had the same problem. As advised from another website, we unhooked the battery and hooked the cables together for about 10 minutes. This reset the radio and allowed us to put in the 5-digit code. Now we're jammin'!

Radio error on Acura

you need to take the neg (-) battery cable off to reset the radio. you can only enter the radio code 3 times incorrectly than it will lock up. i think you can pull the back up fuse from the under hood fuse box for 10 seconds and that will also reset it.

Radio pin code

Hi,

The anti theft feature has been activated. Disconnect both battery terminasl for some 30 seconds and reconnect the. If after doing this, the radio asks for a CODE, then you need the code now, but if the radio keeps displaying ERROR E the radio is bad.( the radio will never give you any code to unlock it for that purpose you must go to your nearest Acura dealer as they are authorized to retrieved it online from factory)
